5 Worst Celebrity Plastic Surgeries. Hopeless botched plastic surgery fails. These 5 celebrities were actually handsome before they opted for plastic surgery and went under the knife. Some of them are in worse shape than others but none of them should have had the cosmetic surgery in the first place!

5. Farrah Abraham

The Teen Mom “star” has had three procedures done. Abraham admitted to getting her nose done and getting chin implants, along with a boob job and then another boob job. Her most recent experience with plastic surgery left her in the hospital with a botched lip. Fortunately for her, it turned out to be an allergic reaction and Abraham is doing better now. She still looked weird enough to nail a spot though!

4. Nikki Cox

Nikki Cox has been speculated to have had lip and cheek implants, a boob job, a face lift and Botox injections. Comparing pictures, Nikki Cox used to have a cute and fresh-faced appearance; however due to plastic surgery, she has been left with an awful and unnatural look!

3. Donatella Versace

Donatella, has gone through a series of surgeries since the 1990’s. Looking at her face it is safe to assume she has pretty much had it a… Botox, fillers, a face lift, eyes and brow lift and so on. We don’t care how well dressed she is, that’s not a good look!

Heidi Montag went under the knife to have a staggering 10 plastic surgery procedures done in just one day. She had a nose job, brow lift, boob job, fat injected into her cheekbones, liposuction, her back scooped out, her ears pinned and her chin shaved. In retrospect Heidi says she regrets the surgeries; she went to her plastic surgeon for a simple nose job, but: “Once he kind of told me everything that was wrong with me I felt really insecure, and he gave me a really great deal on it all”.

1. Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson had many surgeries to alter his appearance, although he always denied it. Those close to the singer estimated that, by 1990, he had undergone around ten procedures including rhinoplasty, a forehead lift, cheekbone surgery, altered his lips, and had a cleft put in his chin. Although we will probably never know exactly how many surgeries Michael had, there is no denying the drastic changes to his appearance. Sadly, non of the changes did him any good.
