1. I will just clear it up for you, the one on the right is the real Kim Kardashian*.
Now that’s sorted, meet James, he has decided to spend 0k on surgery so he can look more like his idol.
That is a massive 50 operations he’s had and is now suffering because of it, with his lips literally bursting and leaking out the filler liquid inside.
Despite this, he is thrilled with his appearance and isn’t finished yet. The strange part is James says he wants to look as natural as possible*.
2. Brazilian Teenager Max has a dream and that dream is to be Asian; that’s right, Max isn’t happy with his Brazilian heritage and wants to embrace the look of a young Asian man.
He now goes by the name name Zian, had over 10 operations to look like a Korean man and his bank account has taken hits that surmount to ,000. It is the Korean pop culture dramas and music videos that makes Zian so openly want to change.
He is still only 25. It was in his teens he loved the Korean world of art, culture and spent a year there studying. He isn’t finished yet though, which seems to be a message throughout these surgery mad people, and wants his nose to change shape some more.
3. Liverpool born Carolyn Anderson has dedicated her entire life to look like Pamela Anderson*, the blonde bikini clad babe from Baywatch., She was just 10 when her father told her she resembled the actress and she hasn’t looked back since.
Spending ,000 on plastic surgery to receive lifts, tucks, removals, botox and other treatments might seem crazy to most* but “Scouse Pammie” as she likes to be called see’s it as normal.
She spends crazy amounts of time on tanning beds and has destroyed one set of implants already due to the heat*. Carolyn is obsessed and it looks like she’s got a long way to go to match the beauty of the woman herself.
4. Anna and Lucy DeCinque are actual real life twins…identical twins. That means they look exactly the same. So why have they gone and got the same plastic surgeries done to look…exactly the same?
They share everything else, clothes, a home and even the same boyfriend!
They’ve got breast augmentations and lip implants to match each other like for like. Which begs the question, why? If you already look a like why get surgery to look alike?
5. Here is singer Ricky Martin who had hits a decade or so ago with tracks like Living La Vida Loca and She Bangs.
It’s easy to see why men would want to look like the handsome Spaniard* but Mariano Vivanco is living a dream life.
Here is he is, having undergone several operations to look just like him. Mariano is from Argentina and the 6 ops he’s had include 4 on his nose alone, and liposuction and a chin remodelling.
It seems strange then that Mariano still isn’t satisfied and even admits the surgeries are not filling the void he fills by just wanting to find a woman to marry.
6. You could say that this next lady has moved to a more modern version of the drawn caricature. Geri Hubner took an Instagram selfie* and found it to be so perfect she wanted to look like it forever.
The New Jersey native has a fear of growing old and was appalled by seeing her sagging skin so use the self as a plan for her cosmetic surgeon.The 56 year old had a neck lift at ,000 which is incredible for a single procedure.
7. Possibly the strangest of all lookalikes on this list is Krystina Butel. The 32 year old was on holiday in Ibiza when she was 16 and got a caricature image drawn* for a fun memento.
For the next 16 years of her life she’s spent 0,000 to look exactly the same as that picture. The surgeries include 5 breast augmentations alone, lip filler, botox all over her face, teeth replacements and semi permanent make up.
Next on the list are butt implants and permanent eyebrows tattooed on*.

8. Before you think otherwise, this isn’t actually Madonna*, this is 28 year old Adam Guerra who has an obsession with looking like the singer. He has undergone 18 bout of plastic surgery to get to this point
and its took its toll on his finances to the tune of 5k. He has not only spent money on his body but his wardrobe of Madonna inspired outfits has now hit 0k too.
By his own admission, changing his appearance has become an addiction for him and spoilt some of the relationships he’s been in.
