Bottoming Out:
“Bottoming out” occurs when the implant descends below the crease and the breast loses its fullness in the upper pole as it settles into the lower pole. If you have a crease incision, you will see it riding up onto the lower pole of the breast.
On August 28th 2015, i had a breast augmentation done to re-plump my boobs after weightless and breastfeeding!
At 2 weeks post op, i started loosing fullness, and the weeks to follow, my implant started defending below my breast crease
So I’ve currently lost all my upper pole fullness and my implant is now on my ribs
So last week i went and got a 2nd opinion, 3rd opinion, and 4th opinion.. on top of my apt with my surgeon!

“Police arrested and charged a 60-year-old Tamarac, Florida resident on Tuesday after he reportedly left a Broward County man with a one-inch, badly mutilated penis resulting from a botched surgical procedure.
According to the Miami Sun-Sentinel, Mark David Schreiber is facing one count of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury and is being held without bond in the Broward County Jail.
Schreiber is accused of performing an unlicensed surgical procedure on a 55-year-old man who wanted a “filler” removed from his penis. The patient had originally received the filler material — in hopes of making his penis longer and thicker — from Schreiber’s aide, Nery Carvajal Gonzalez, 48, who is currently on the run and facing charges similar to Schreiber’s.
According to the victim, he met with Gonzales at a warehouse where she introduced him to “Dr. Mark,” who would be taking out the filler in exchange for ,000 in cash.”

Transcript – I’d just like to talk to you a little bit about our breast augmentation information evening and this is a really great event if you are considering breast augmentation to give you a better understanding of what’s involved in the treatment. During the evening which is going to be held on the 16th March we’ll be giving a little introduction to Aurora and we’ll have a presentation on breast enlargement treatment itself. So we’ll be talking for instance about the pros and cons of having the implants infront of the muscle and the pros and cons of different types of implants, such as shaped implants vs round implants. If you come along to the meeting you’ll also be able to have a mini consultation with one of our specialist surgeons. In addition to this you will be able to try the Enhance bra which is a specific bra with different sized implants which allows you to simulate how breast enlargement would work. It actually allows you to see how you would be with implants. We can do this digitally as well with our Crisalix 3D simulation so this is another thing you’ll be able to do on the night and this will involve us taking a 3D picture of you and you can see how you would look in 3D, clothed and unclothed with a variety of different sizes and makes of implants. We’ve also designed a specific breast augmentation associated goodie bag which we’ll give you at the end of the evening. So again if you are considering breast augmentation it’s really important to find out as much as possible about the procedure and you can do this by attending our evening where you’ll be able to meet one of our patients who’s had surgery and also be able to learn much more from our surgeons about the procedure itself.

Plastic surgeon from Saint-Petersburg, Maxim Sviridov used a mobile phone app to live stream the moments before and after a breast augmentation, Thursday.
SOT, Maksim Sviridov, Plastic Surgeon, (Russian): “The idea of [filming the surgery] live was prompted by patients themselves. They told me that there is a new social network, I created an account and while speaking to my patients we have come to this idea. I was asked to film the surgery itself but I said that I would not show it because it may frighten the audience. So I proposed the following format: to film a patient before the surgery, at the operating table and after the operation, live so that the audience can follow.”

Day of Surgery Video – Breast Lift with Augmentation
**OPEN FOR DETAILs*****
It’s that day! Sorry this is going up so late. Surgery ended up being a little longer than expected, and there was a slight complication. I go back in the morning to talk to him more about the options. Basically, from my understanding, the nipple turned grey and he was afraid of it losing total circulation, so he did not fill the implant on the right side as much. Left is 450cc, and right is 150 cc. There is a huge difference, but after a few weeks of recovery, he will go back in & fill it with saline to 450. I will let you girls know what he says at the dr tomorrow. I was not scheduled to go in for post op, until a week later, but because of complications, he wants to see me post op day 1
.
